Being away from home for a week, the hotel's rooms were spacious and suitable, although there were signs of past smokers. They were clean and decent considering the price. The staff was very friendly and genuinely interested in accommodating guests. While they were pleasant, there seemed to be a bit of confusion at times. The location was nice, particularly for access to the interstate, nearby restaurants, and the desired neighborhood. It was safe, close to the highway, and easy to find. On the downside, shopping options in the vicinity were limited. The dining experience fell short with limited options, resembling the typical continental breakfast found at budget hotels. The facilities were adequate overall.

The hotel had a strong, stale odor that was very unpleasant, maybe from a perfume cleaning product, which gave me a headache. However, the rooms were great for a family get-together for a late Christmas and New Year's gathering.

The hotel's location is great, right off the elevator, making it convenient. The rooms are large, comfortable, and clean, with the added bonus of having a ceiling fan for air circulation.
